Discover the benefits of organizing a meeting, conference or workshop in Hotel de Beurs. Our meeting rooms are suitable for up to 200 people and we offer you the following facilities without any extra costs: service, table decoration, sound equipment, a lectern and 1 microphone.
Besides our free facilities we also handle your faxes, copies or mail with pleasure.

Apparently you can compile a meeting completely according your own wishes, however, we also offer two meeting packages; Day package (9am until 5pm) and Beurs package (9am until 10pm).
